Shipment Receiving Procedures / Damaged or Lost Freight
If a shipment appears to be damaged or has any discrepancy, please note it on the delivery receipt and have the carrier acknowledge it. Refuse only the damaged cartons and contact your Leadertech Account Manager within 48 hours. Leadertech is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Cross-Shipment
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime due to faulty products and we will do our best in coordinating cross-shipment with manufacturers. At the present time cross-shipment is available on Leadertech's assembled systems, Asus server products, and Supermicro server products.
